American LegalNet Subscribers:
Your subscription to American LegalNet services will continue until: (1) Terminated by American LegalNet for (a) non-payment or (2) any other reason (Customer will then receive a pro-rated refund); or (2) Terminated by Customer for any reason, in which case Customer shall notify American LegalNet in writing or by electronic mail.

USCourtForms Premium Subscribers:
Your subscription to USCourtForms Premium services is for a term of one (1) year. If a customer terminates the subscription prior to the annual anniversary date of the subscription, there shall be no pro-rating of the subscription price and therefore no refund for any unexpired time left on the subscription.

USCourtForms eFiling Service Subscribers:
Your subscription to USCourtForms eFiling services will continue until terminated by American LegalNet or by Customer for any reason.
